We offer a full range of food services, from breakfast and lunch to supper for boarders and staff, along with an extensive hospitality service. Although the site operates 7 days a week, this role provides ample opportunity to work Monday to Friday, ensuring a well-structured schedule and helping you maintain a positive work-life balance.

As Head Chef, your focus will be on fostering strong relationships within your team to deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll lead by example, working collaboratively to ensure the highest standards are met.
