Stow Healthcare Group is recruiting a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team including a deputy cook and kitchen assistants. You will plan and prepare fresh meals for elderly residents, ensuring high standards and variety.

In this role you will manage stock, rota planning, and maintain SFBB standards, with 40 hours per week in a full-time, daytime schedule and no evening work—alternating weekends. A caring, people-centred approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• A professional kitchen background with experience leading a team.
• Ability to handle dietary requirements and special diets.

• Flexible, patient, caring attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
