Job summary

Mitchells & Butler's PLC is hiring a Head Chef for The Three Brooks in Ember Inns. Lead a kitchen team, inspire passion for high standards, and manage all kitchen areas to ensure guests are delighted with every visit.

You will drive a culture of excellence, oversee food ordering, preparation, and stock control, and ensure adherence to health and hygiene regulations while delivering consistent, top-quality cuisine.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a high-volume pub environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality food.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

As Head Chef at The Three Brooks you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of.
