Job summary

Cosy Club Lincoln is hiring a Head Chef to lead our kitchen, coach and mentor the team, and deliver high standards from scratch cooking.

You will manage a busy service, influence menu creation, ensure quality and consistency, and work with the General Manager to create a welcoming dining experience for guests.

This role offers the opportunity to drive culinary excellence in a vibrant hospitality environment with strong emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen as Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Proven skills in mentoring and developing culinary teams.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and ensure consistency across services.
• Develop and refine menus with creativity and cost control.
• Coach, supervise and inspire the kitchen team.

As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa £57,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £47,000 per year depending on experience


• Tronc: Estimated between £7.5k - £10k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.


• Bonus: Up to £5k additional bonus potential


• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
