The Head Chef will undertake the operational management and leadership of food production services and kitchen operations in the Academy; the Centre for Food, Drink and Culture, through supporting and guiding the kitchen teams and students in consistently delivering quality, variety of food and menus on offer to customers to the agreed standards, whilst ensuring fulfilment of the Academy’s educational, civic and commercial objectives under the guidance of the Academy Business Manager and the Head of Department of the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
