Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their refurbished country inn with rooms, serving all fresh food, based in the North Oxfordshire area of the Cotswolds. This is an opportunity for an existing Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef to take the next step in their career and join the business as it opens this summer. The kitchen uses locally sourced produce and will serve a modern British menu. The role involves cooking high-end pub/restaurant food, and you will have the opportunity to design menus. Due to the location, you will need your own transport.
