This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Ashford. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu creation, managing kitchen staff, ordering and purchasing inventory, and ensuring that food quality and presentation meet high standards. The Head Chef will also be tasked with maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and managing food cost to optimize profitability.
