Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos, part of The Rank Group, is recruiting for a Head Cashier to lead the cash desk, ensuring secure cash handling and exceptional guest service. You will oversee daily transactions, uphold security standards and inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced, 24/7 casino environment.

Applicants should have a proven track record in cash handling, knowledge of related legislation, and a current Gambling Commission PFL licence, with strong communication and customer-facing skills.

In the dynamic role of a Head Cashier, your responsibilities stretch far beyond the processing of transactions.

Your adept leadership at the cash desk is paramount, requiring a steadfast adherence to the company's security measures while simultaneously prioritising customer satisfaction.

With a blend of precision in cash management and a flair for exceptional customer service, you’ll set the standard.

This multifaceted position demands a unique blend of vigilance, empathy, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• A history of accurate transactional work as a Cashier.
• A strong understanding and familiarity with all legislation and procedures relating to the cash desk.
• Experience leading a high performing team.
• A current PFL licence issued by the Gambling Commission
• Fantastic communication and social skills to ensure you excite and entertain all customers at all times.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
