Job description

An experienced Head Butler for Luxury Residence.

Previous experience within a luxury residential environment and outstanding qualifications required.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Day to day management of the residence.
2. Assist the housekeeping staff as and when required.
3. Establishment of a household manual.
4. Delivery of food and drinks.
5. Food and beverage services, including table settings to the highest levels.
6. Packing and unpacking of suitcases.
7. Maintain and manage household inventories.
8. Liaison with chauffeur.
9. Greeting of guests and visitors, telephone messages.
10. Overseas travel to clients' other properties worldwide.
11. Schedules for contractors.
12. Care of pool and spa area.
13. Concierge duties and local knowledge of London essential.
14. Must be flexible.
15. Must have food and beverage service experience.
16. Must have strong time management, punctuality, and multi-tasking skills.
17. Have a recognised Butler qualification.
18. An honest and committed individual who has a very good attitude.
19. Knowledge of high cleaning for marble/windows/gold taps.
20. A polite and polished individual who is flexible, self-motivated, and energetic.
21. Discretion, privacy, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
22. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
23. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
24. 5 years previous experience in a residential environment.
25. CRB Checked.

Fluent in English, and it would be advantageous to speak Russian. Excellent references required. Current driver license necessary. The principals will generously reward the right candidate for this position, depending on experience and compatibility. Live out and start in September 2025.
