Job summary

Nightshade is seeking a Head Bartender to lead from the front, drive the team, and deliver an exceptional drinks and guest experience. The role offers a base salary up to £26,500 with a 100% Tronc distribution to staff, averaging £9,633–£10,140 extra per year, totaling over £36,133 annually.

• Proven experience as a Bartender or Head Bartender in a high-quality hospitality environment.
• Passion for cocktails and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, garnishes and service.
• Leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
• Commercial awareness to drive sales.
