Job summary

Hawksmoor is seeking a Head Bartender in the Royal Borough of Greenwich to lead the bar team, crafting exceptional drinks and guest experiences. You will drive quality, training and seasonal menus, while maintaining high standards across the bar operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a beloved UK restaurant group with strong benefits. You’ll bring proven cocktail-led experience, a passion for hospitality and the potential to progress into Bar Management as part of Hawksmoor’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cocktail bar team.
• Excellent knowledge of drinks and mixology.
• Strong customer service and hospitality focus.
