Hawksmoor is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team in delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences. You will inspire staff with your knowledge, maintain high bar standards, and collaborate with managers on menu development and seasonal specials.

The role emphasizes leadership, hospitality, and a passion for cocktails, with growth prospects into Bar Management within a renowned ethical, high-standard restaurant group.
