Hawksmoor Wood Wharf is seeking a Head Bartender to lead our bar team, craft exceptional cocktails and deliver memorable guest experiences in a bustling, cocktail-led setting.

You’ll inspire colleagues with your beverage knowledge, maintain bar standards, and work closely with managers to evolve menus and seasonal specials. This role offers clear progression opportunities within a revered, hospitality-first culture.
