Job summary

The Evolv Collection is seeking a Head Bartender for 100 Wardour Street, The Den. In this guest-facing role, you’ll be the friendly face behind the bar, crafting classic cocktails and wines while building rapport with guests and delivering a warm, welcoming experience.

You will mentor junior team members and support training to elevate guest satisfaction, with industry-leading pay and exclusive employee benefits within a premium hospitality group.

As a Head Bartender, you will support the training and mentorship or more junior team members, sharing your skills and knowledge where possible.
