20 Stories, located at No. 1 Spinningfields, Manchester, invites a Head Bartender to join its vibrant team. You will be the friendly face behind the bar, delighting guests with warmth, charm, and genuine hospitality, while crafting cocktails and recommending wines to enhance the guest experience.

As Head Bartender, you will support training and mentorship of junior staff, and contribute to delivering outstanding guest experiences in a premium setting within The Evolv Collection.

Responsibilities

Building rapport and fostering relationships will be at the heart of what you do, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. With your knowledge of classic cocktails and wines, you'll craft delicious drinks and provide recommendations, enhancing the overall guest experience. As a Head Bartender, you will support the training and mentorship or more junior team members, sharing your skills and knowledge where possible.
