The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a head barista, showcasing a good understanding of coffee preparation techniques and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As Head Barista, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training and mentoring baristas, and ensuring the highest quality of beverages.
