• Experience leading a large banqueting kitchen in a luxury setting.
• Proven track record delivering high-end, large-volume events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a large banqueting kitchen brigade.
• Plan and execute high-volume events ranging from intimate VIP dinners to 500+ covers.
• Work with Executive Chef and Events team to create seasonal menus.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency at every event.
• Manage kitchen operations including ordering, cost control, staffing and rotas.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and compliance.
• Drive creativity and elevate the banqueting offering.
