Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency at every event.
• Manage kitchen operations including ordering, cost control, staffing and rotas.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and compliance.
• Drive creativity and elevate the banqueting offering.

The Role

As Head Banqueting Chef, you will:

• Lead, inspire and develop a large banqueting kitchen brigade
• Plan and execute high-volume events ranging from intimate VIP dinners to 500+ covers
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Events team to create seasonal, innovative menus
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency at every event
• Manage kitchen operations including ordering, cost control, staffing and rotas
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and compliance
• Drive creativity and continuously elevate the banqueting offering

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently a Head Banqueting Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or premium events venue
• Has strong experience delivering large-scale, high-end banqueting and events
• Is a natural leader who can motivate and develop teams
