The Role

We’re looking for a talented baker with plenty of experience in commercial kitchens who’s ready for their next big step. You might not have been a Head Baker before — and that’s absolutely fine. What matters to us is that you know your way around a professional kitchen, have a strong work ethic, love trying new flavour combinations, and are excited to take on more responsibility.

A positive attitude and team spirit are a must. This is a brilliant opportunity to grow into a leadership role and make your mark on a bakery with a strong following.



What You’ll Do

• Lead daily baking and ensure things run smoothly

• Help plan menus and one-off specials

• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well organised

• Support and train junior bakers

• Assist with stock control and ingredient orders



About You

• You’ve worked as a baker in a busy, professional kitchen

• You’re ready to take a step up and lead a small team

• You love coming up with new ideas and experimenting with flavours

• You’re reliable, well organised, and calm under pressure

• You enjoy working with others and bring good energy to the team

• You care about quality ingredients and sustainable baking
