Job summary

RNN Group's Future Ready Team is seeking a self-sufficient HeppSY Project Lead to drive higher education progression across South Yorkshire. Based predominantly at Rotherham College with travel to Dearne Valley College and North Notts College, Worksop, you will oversee operations, cohort tracking and partnership coordination for the HE progression partnership.

You will deliver outreach, impartial guidance, and aspiration‑raising interventions, manage data, enable UCAS and HTQ activities, and

Qualifications

• Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE C/4 or above) or equivalent.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Advice & Guidance, Careers Guidance, Youth Work, or relevant discipline.
• Level 4 or higher qualification in Careers Guidance or Education is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver core HeppSY project interventions.
• Target and monitor a defined pool of at least 294 WP Level 3 learners and ensure two engagements per learner.
• Provide 1:1 and group careers information, advice, and guidance (IAG), supporting UCAS applications and HTQ enrolments.
• Coordinate baseline and endline impact surveys and log interactions in MIS and data platforms.
