Hertford Regional College is seeking a Higher Skills and Partnerships Manager to lead the strategic development of higher skills provision (Level 4+). You will build partnerships with universities, employers and regulators, drive performance, and ensure quality and compliance across OFS and awarding bodies.
You will lead curriculum partnerships, support student outcomes, and contribute to regional growth with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Salary – Permanent – Part time - 28.8 hours - £40,000 per annum ( based on 50k per annum FTE )
Holiday – 30 days per annum plus Bank Holidays ( pro rata for part time )
Location – Ware & Broxbourne Campus
