Job summary

Hertford Regional College is seeking a Higher Skills and Partnerships Manager to lead the strategic development of higher skills provision (Level 4+). You will build partnerships with universities, employers and regulators, drive performance, and ensure quality and compliance across OFS and awarding bodies.

You will lead curriculum partnerships, support student outcomes, and contribute to regional growth with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Leading successful development of HE programmes.
• Knowledge of higher-level validations and QA reviews.
• Middle management experience in the education sector.
• Partnership management with OFS and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
