Job summary
Flame Health Audiology is recruiting an Audiologist for a permanent home-visit role across West Sussex. You will perform hearing assessments, propose suitable solutions, and maintain detailed CMS records.
The position is Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, with 37.5 hours weekly and a base salary of £40,000 plus uncapped commission and bonuses. The role requires HCPC registration, BSHAA membership (or willingness to join), and a valid driving licence.
Qualifications
- Qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist or pre-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with HCPC registration
- BSHAA membership or willingness to join
- Current driving licence and ability to work in the UK
- IT skills to use CMS and audiometry equipment
- Sales-focused with premium patient care and clinical excellence
Responsibilities
- Visit patients in their homes across West Sussex
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend solutions
- Complete audiograms and maintain patient records in the CMS system
- Provide responsive after-sales support and handle service calls
- Adhere to HCPC standards and CPD requirements
