Avara Foods Ltd. is seeking a Hatchery Operative at our Quainton hatchery in Buckinghamshire. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, with a guaranteed 41-hour week and overtime opportunities.

You will assist in sorting chicks, moving eggs through the hatchery process, and maintaining strict biosecurity and welfare standards on site. Training starts immediately and a secure contract with benefits is offered.

Formación

• Good level of English and basic numeracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
• Full training provided; prior experience not required.

Responsabilidades

• Sort chicks into required grades and quantities for farm delivery.
• Move eggs from storage to incubating machines and then to hatching machines.
• Clean equipment after use to the required high standards.
• Safeguard bio security and follow these strict procedures.
• Observe bird welfare and health and safety on site at all times.
