Job summary

Driscoll's, Inc. is seeking a Harvest Planner to connect supply and demand across our fresh produce chain. You will own short-term harvest planning, coordinating with growers and internal teams to ensure on-time, full customer service.

You will manage grower data, create daily plans, and use ERP tools (Prophet) to allocate supply while addressing risks and staying aligned with weekly priorities. This hands-on role requires accuracy, communication, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (Prophet) and Excel is preferred.
• Strong planning and organisational skills are essential for accuracy and pace.
• Clear, confident communication with growers and cross-functional teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Own short-term harvest planning and act as the operational link between growers and internal supply chain teams.
• Ensure reliable data, robust daily plans and clear communication for smooth execution.
• Manage grower submissions, stock data and short-term supply forecasts across planning systems.
• Build and execute daily harvest and allocation plans aligned with weekly supply, stock age, quality, and logistics constraints.
• Allocate supply to demand using planning tools and ERP systems, identify risks or gaps, and coordinate adjustments with Planning, Logistics and Grower Operations.
• Serve as central communication hub between growers, commercial teams, master planning, logistics and intake.
• Create, update and manage grower purchase orders, harvest orders and ASN related activities.
• Support intake and site teams with arrivals, open stock visibility and operational queries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and ways of working.
