Job summary

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is recruiting for a HART Group Manager based in Greater Manchester. The post involves responsibility for local operational service delivery, rostering of resources, fleet, equipment and estates management, and financial management within the group of stations.

Working across two sites, the post focuses on staff welfare, health and wellbeing measures, line management, and ensuring staff are trained and prepared.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Paramedic with autonomous practice.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence with C1.
• NILO training or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Lead local operational service delivery for two sites.
• Manage rostering, fleet, equipment, and estates within group.
• Support clinical skills implementation and CPD in line with NHS Core Standards.
• Ensure staff welfare, absence management and investigations.
• Contribute to on-call rota as National Inter-Agency Liaison Officer.
