Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Harm Reduction Worker to join the New Vision Bradford team. You will support people accessing drug and alcohol services with practical, compassionate, and person-centred help, aiming to reduce harms and enable access to appropriate interventions and wider support.

Working alongside the Harm Reduction Lead and colleagues across the service, you will contribute to high-quality, evidence-based support reflecting individual needs and circumstances, in a non-judgemental

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of harm reduction services within New Vision Bradford.
• Work directly with people accessing the service, providing practical, compassionate and person-centred support.
• Help individuals understand and reduce harms associated with drug and alcohol use.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordinated support based on individual needs.
• Create an environment where people feel respected, listened to, and able to access support without judgement.
