Blade Cheltenham is a premier motorcycle retailer that offers a wide range of world class motorcycle brands to enthusiasts and riders. As a Sales Executive, you will report into the Sales manager and have the ambition and desire to succeed, by delivering a first-class experience to our customers.

To ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities, helping the retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ambitious with a desire to deliver a professional sales experience to customers.
• Previous sales or customer service experience within the motorcycle industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Enthusiastic and able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• A valid full motorcycle licence is essential.

The Role

Working for the number one motorcycle brand in the world. As a Sales Executive, you will be reporting into the Sales manager and have the ambition and desire to succeed, by delivering a first-class experience to our customers. To ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities, helping the retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency.

About You

You will be ambitious with a desire to deliver a professional sales experience to our customers. A passion for motorcycles with previous experience within a sales or customer service environment within the motorcycle industry would be an advantage but is not essential. Enthusiastic and able to communicate effectively with customer and colleagues. A valid full motorcycle licence is essential.
