Job Description

What will you be doing?

We are seeking experienced Hardware Electronics Engineers to join our team supporting avionics and mission computing systems. This role involves end-to-end hardware design, including FPGA development, circuit and layout design, and hardware certification activities.

You will work on safety-critical embedded systems, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust and compliant hardware solutions.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Design and develop FPGA architectures and logic for mission-critical embedded systems.
• Perform detailed circuit and PCB layout design, ensuring signal integrity and reliability.
• Lead or support hardware certification efforts compliant with aerospace standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, systems, and test engineers to integrate hardware components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues during development, testing, and certification phases.
• Maintain documentation and configuration management to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in hardware electronics engineering within avionics or mission-critical domains.
• Proven experience with FPGA development, circuit design, and PCB layout.

• Ability to work under SC UKEO security clearance requirements or willingness to obtain clearance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
