Leonardo Worldwide Corporation seeks Hardware Design Engineers at various levels to work on cutting-edge electronics for Electronic Warfare programs. Based in Luton, this role involves leading hardware designs through the entire lifecycle, developing high-performance electronics, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The successful candidates will be tasked with designing complex systems and mentoring others while enjoying a hybrid work model and competitive salary ranging from £38k to £84k based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven industry experience as a Senior, Principal, or Lead Hardware Engineer.
• Hands-on experience designing high-speed PCBs.
• Ability to interpret and derive hardware designs from system-level requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and influence hardware designs across the full lifecycle.
• Design and develop complex, high-performance electronics.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams spanning systems, firmware, software, RF and manufacturing.
