Job summary

Graphcore in Bristol is seeking an Electronics Laboratory Lead to own the safe, reliable operation of our electronics labs. You will manage test equipment, lab infrastructure, ESD controls, and goods in/out while guiding a technician team to support multidisciplinary users.

You will shape how our labs run, scale operations and enable fast, safe development across hardware bring-up, validation, and product test in a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of electronics labs, including equipment and infrastructure.
• Experience with calibration, setup, and troubleshooting of lab test gear.
• Knowledge of ESD controls and lab safety practices.
• Experience coordinating external service providers for maintenance.
• Ability to plan, configure and support technical lab setups with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to mentor and manage technicians.
