Your new role
To be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the operational elements of the Hard Services contracts to ensure compliance with the contract requirements and that the service delivery aspects are delivered by the Service Provider(s) in an effective, efficient, and cost-effective manner, coordinated with stakeholders, business users, and customers.
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant certification in Facilities Management Engineering or occupational health and safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
Experience of working within a hard services environment, including mechanical, electrical, fabric, and minor works.
Knowledge of building maintenance practices, standards, and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures. Knowledge of contracts and performance management.
