Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking permanent Hard Metals and Flat Roofing & Cladding Designers in Essex. The roles include 2D AutoCAD Designer and BIM (Revit) Designer, supporting a leading roofing and cladding contractor with UK-wide projects.

The position requires a strong track record in metal roofing and cladding design, with ISO 9001 awareness and NHBC knowledge. Immediate start, full training provided, and office-based in Essex.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' hard metal roofing and/or flat roofing design experience.
• Full driving licence and ability to work to tight timeframes.
• High attention to detail and knowledge of building legislation.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction drawings to high quality standards.
• Coordinate design data with consultants and subcontract designers.
• Ensure proposals meet client expectations and budgets.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with ISO 9001.
