Job summary

Professional Personnel Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Hard Landscaper to join one of the UK's leading horticulture specialists in the Naseby (NN6) area. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals to secure ongoing work with the potential to become permanent.

Pay rate is £16.56-£17.67 per hour including holiday pay, depending on experience. Core duties include site preparation, reading plans, and constructing paving, walls and steps.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hard landscaping.
• A valid CSCS card (essential).
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Driving license is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation: Clear land, excavate soil, grade surfaces, and dig trenches.
• Reading plans: Follow blueprints or sketches from landscape architects and designers.
• Construction: Lay paving stones, pour concrete, build brick or stone walls, and construct steps.
