North London NHS Foundation Trust (NLFT) seeks a Hard FM professional to provide operational oversight of outsourced Hard FM services across Trust sites in five boroughs. You will monitor contractor performance, statutory compliance and quality standards, and support the Hard FM Manager to ensure safe, effective delivery in line with contractual requirements.

The role involves site inspections, data reporting, liaison with clinical and estates teams, and flexible site allocation to maintain

Formación

• Experience in hard facilities management across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of HTMs, HBNs, health and safety and estates standards.
• Ability to monitor contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience with CAFM systems for tracking maintenance and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor outsourced Hard FM services and ensure contractual compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks of maintenance activities.
• Liaise with clinical and estates teams to resolve issues.
• Support KPI reporting, dashboards and performance data.
• Assist with investigations into incidents and service failures.
• Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement across sites.
