Job summary

Mitie is recruiting a Compliance Manager for the healthcare contract. This is a hybrid role with around 2 days per week on London sites.

You will own Hard FM compliance across the contract, including statutory inspections, testing and certification, PPM and reactive SLA compliance, and developing compliance calendars. The role requires a solid FM compliance/technical compliance background, ideally from healthcare or another regulated environment, with HTM, HSE and legislative compliance

Qualifications

• Solid FM compliance/technical compliance background, ideally from healthcare.
• Experience with HTM, HSE laws, audits, RAMS and contractor qualifications.
