Our client is a large not-for-profit organization operating globally. They are hiring a Technical Services Manager to oversee M&E assets across their major sites in Central London.

Your new role

As Hard FM Contract Manager, you will oversee hard FM / M&E services via the organization's nominated service partner, ensuring quality service delivery and contractual compliance. Key duties include:

1. Reporting and stakeholder communication regarding delivery metrics, work clashes, and task updates.
2. Serving as the first point of escalation for Hard Services building requirements.
3. Managing the delivery of hard services.
4. Tracking KPIs & SLAs.
5. Analyzing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
6. Ensuring services meet contractual obligations.
7. Holding service providers accountable.
8. Managing planned, reactive, and remedial works.
9. Using data and metrics to monitor and improve service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

Relevant experience in hard services contract management, either from a provider or client perspective, is required. Additionally:

1. Experience managing service providers and hard FM services.
2. Ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups.
3. Experience with CAFM systems, data, and analytics.
4. IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH certification is required.
5. Technical engineering background is desirable but not essential.
