The Role

We are seeking an experienced National Contract Manager, MSA's (Master Service Agreements) to focus on developing innovative pre-priced MSAs for public clients in the transportation sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the transportation sector and a deep understanding of the government procurement process. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with public clients, understanding their needs, and developing tailored MSAs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for creating innovative pre-priced MSAs tailored for public clients in the transportation sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with public clients, understanding their needs and procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that MSAs are aligned with company capabilities and client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for new MSAs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to public clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of MSAs with public clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to public clients, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Track and report on the performance of MSAs, including client satisfaction and financial metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Add services to existing contracts to better serve public clients.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience, with a focus on government procurement processes
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful MSAs and ID/IQ (indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity) for public clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with public clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Professional certification in project management or procurement.
  • Experience working with geohazard mitigation design-build contractors.
  • Experience in the transportation sector.
  • Strong understanding of geohazard mitigation and design-build contracting.

The expected base pay range for this position in the United States is $110,000.00 - $170,000.00. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
