Tee Box operates two golf facilities in The City of London, with a third opening later this Year.

Members and guests learn, practice and play golf in the most technically advanced indoor golf studios in The UK.

With 14 golf simulators, Tee Box is the UK's busiest Trackman-powered indoor golf company. We have a dedicated team of established golf professionals, giving golfers in London a place to learn, practice and play.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Custom Fit Manager to spearhead and elevate our custom fitting services. What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge in Custom Fitting: Conduct an ever increasing volume of expert custom fitting sessions for golfers of all abilities, utilizing cutting-edge launch monitor technology and a deep understanding of swing dynamics and club performance.
• Elevate the Customer Experience: Provide unparalleled, personalized service, building lasting relationships with our members and ensuring they leave with the perfect clubs to enhance their game.
• Fuel Sales Growth: Confidently articulate the benefits of custom-fitted clubs, effectively close sales, and consistently contribute to exceeding revenue targets.
• Manage and Optimize the Fitting Process: Take ownership of the entire custom fitting journey, from appointment scheduling and execution to order processing and seamless delivery.
• Master Product Knowledge: Stay at the forefront of the latest golf club innovations, specifications, and fitting options from all leading manufacturers.
• Educate and Empower: Clearly communicate the science behind custom fitting, providing golfers with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
• Maintain a First-Class Fitting Environment: Ensure our fitting studio is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with the latest technology.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our sales and marketing team to generate leads and ensure a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Track Your Impact: Monitor fitting data and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and demonstrate your contribution to the business.
• Proactively Drive Growth: This is a role for someone who isn't afraid to push boundaries, implement new strategies, and actively seek out opportunities to increase the volume and success of our custom fitting services.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven and demonstrable experience as a Custom Fitter with a strong sales record.
• In-depth knowledge of golf club technology, fitting principles, and various manufacturers' offerings.
• Expertise in utilizing launch monitor technology (TrackMan) and fitting software & hardware.
• Experience in CRM and Pipeline management
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• A strong drive for sales and the ability to confidently close deals.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret swing data and provide tailored recommendations.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Preferred: Certification from a recognized fitting organization.
• Preferred: A strong understanding of the golf swing and playing ability.

The Rewards:

We believe in rewarding talent and drive. Here's what you can expect:

• Competitive Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience).
• Lucrative Commission Structure: Earn a significant 15% commission on the profit generated from your custom fitting sales.
• Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE): We anticipate an OTE of £47,000+ based on current fitting demand. Volume of fits is expected to grow immediately and quickly!
• Clear Path to Higher Earnings: Your dedication directly impacts your earnings. Achieving 10 fits per week could see your total annual earnings reach £50,000, and a highly motivated individual achieving 15 fits per week could earn closer to £58,000+!
• Growth Potential: For the right candidate who demonstrates exceptional performance and leadership, there may be opportunities for further career advancement within our organization.
