Job summary

JRL Group Ltd in Nottingham is seeking a handyperson for a 3-day-per-week role based at our Colwick facility. The role focuses on practical building and cosmetic works to support our site operations.

Rate and hours are to be agreed at interview. Duties include 1st/2nd/3rd fix, carpentry, plumbing, tiling and fit-out tasks such as installing doors, frames, toilets and kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Build openings and install lintels to create door openings.
• Carpentry tasks: fit door frames, hang doors, install toilet cubicles and kitchens.
• Plumbing: break through a wall to connect to existing waste plumbing and move pipes.
• Tiling: floor and wall tiling.
• Install carpet tiles.

Job description

JRL are currently recruiting for a Handyperson on a 3-day per week basis. This will be based at our Colwick, Nottingham facility.

The main works will be general 1st/2nd/3rd fix, cosmetic works.

Duties Will Include The Following

• Building (Breakthrough an opening and install a lintel to create a door openings)
• Carpentry (Install door frame, Hang doors, install toilet cubicles etc, install kitchens)
• Plumbing (Breakthrough a wall to connect to existing waste plumbing, moving pipes)
• Tiling – (Floors and walls)
• Carpet Tiles
