About the role

We’re excited to be looking for a Handypersonto join ourFacilities team.

We’re looking for a practical, hands-on Maintenance operative to join our team, someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and enjoys the freedom to get the job done right. If fixing taps and air conditioning is your type of challenge. If painting and decorating is your bag. If basic electrical issues are within your skillset, you might be the person we are looking for.

Whether you’re looking for full-time work or a flexible part-time setup that fits around your life, we’re open — what matters most is the right attitude and a reliable skill set.

How you’ll make an impact:

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll manage day-to-day maintenance, support compliance with health and safety regulations, and confidently liaise with contractors to keep our workplace in top condition. Beyond maintenance, you’ll play an active role in our environmental initiatives, including the care and development of our local wildlife meadow—helping us drive sustainability across the organisation.

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar facilities or maintenance role
  • Proficient in plumbing and electrical systems
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
