Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0700 - 1600

Salary: £38,000

Contract: 12 Month FTC

Development Details

This role will be based at a residential development located in Shoreditch, East London. With 264 residential units, the development is located within easy reach of Shoreditch High Street Station.

Key Responsibilities And Requirements

• Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, repairing items, clearing drains, and keeping the environment safe and clean.
• Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
• Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
• Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
• Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
