Job description

Live out Handyman / Property Maintenance Job in London

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a returning client of Greycoats. They have multiple properties in London and Kent, and you will be required to spend approximately 3 days a week in London and 2 days a week in Kent.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintains and repairs premises for high-net-worth individuals.
  2. Arranges routine visits/inspections to the premises.
  3. Maintains property by investigating and resolving small plumbing and electrical works such as replacing light bulbs, sockets, etc.
  4. Capable of remedial works such as painting and carpentry.
  5. Basic gardening such as lawn mowing, etc.
  6. Accomplishes tasks by accepting full ownership from high-net-worth individuals in a demanding and challenging environment.
  7. Meets day-to-day requirements of the clients by providing school pick up/drop off, grocery shopping, taking dogs to vet, etc.
  8. Overseeing third-party visitors/engineers for fire/intruder alarm visits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Multi-tasking with a result-oriented mind.
  2. Strong negotiating skills such as talking to suppliers, ordering materials, booking third-party suppliers, and reporting to the line manager.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
  4. Time management.
  5. Confident driver.

Start: ASAP

Working days: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.

Hours: 8am – 4/5pm.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 gross per annum, depending on experience.
