Hours: 30 hours a week, 9am-5pm, Monday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Friday

Our client is seeking a Handyman / Maintenance Operative to assist during a busy period. Your role will involve:

• Minor maintenance tasks
• Delivering parcels
• Moving furniture
• Sweeping and blowing leaves
• Roof inspections
• Managing keys for opening and closing doors
• Event setup
• Basic IT skills
• Supporting the Facilities team with fire alarm testing, refuge point alarm testing, and completing job sheets

Requirements:

• Basic DIY skills
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, caretaking, or estates is preferred
