Youell Court is seeking a Maintenance Handyman to support daily operations within the nursing home in Binley Woods. You will undertake general upkeep, repairs, and small projects to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Key duties include painting and decorating, fitting fixtures, completing maintenance audits, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance. A driving license is essential for local travel between sites.

Formación

• Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a car.
• Experience in general handyman tasks is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and safety checks.

Responsabilidades

• Paint and decorate as required.
• Fit fixtures and fittings around the home.
• Complete maintenance audits and documentation.
• Fix minor faults and repair items as needed.
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met.
• Assemble and install furniture or equipment.
• Assist with occasional local travel to other sites if required.
