Job summary

JobsTrackR in Bedfordshire is seeking a Handyman/Maintenance Operative on a permanent basis. You will carry out day-to-day carpentry repairs in occupied properties and install, repair, and maintain doors, frames, skirting, architraves, and windows.

You will perform lock changes, UPVC repairs, basic plumbing, patch plastering and decorating within multi-trade projects, and fit kitchens or worktops as needed. Work neatly and safely in tenants' homes with a professional finish.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out carpentry repairs in occupied properties.
• Ability to install and maintain doors, frames, windows and architraves.
• Basic plumbing, decorating and joinery tasks as part of multi-trade repairs.

Responsibilities
