Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking a reliable Handyman to perform snagging and making good works across sites in the Hailsham area. You will work on completed plots and occupied homes, delivering high-quality remedial work and providing courteous customer service.

Responsibilities include snagging, patch repairs, and reporting progress to site management. Must have CSCS card and own tools; driving licence preferred. Immediate start and ongoing workload are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in snagging and making good within housing or construction.
• Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.
• Own tools required to carry out snagging and making good works.
• CSCS card is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out snagging works across completed plots and occupied properties
• Making good finishes including patch repairs, filling, sanding, decorating, and minor repairs
• Completing remedial works following customer reports
• Providing a professional and courteous service to customers at all times
• Ensuring work areas are left clean and tidy after each visit
• Managing and maintaining your own tools and materials
• Reporting completed tasks and any issues to site management
