Job summary

Carter Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Handyman to join a global FM provider at a flagship site in the City of London. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults and ensure high standards of building service maintenance.

Key duties include preventative maintenance, basic carpentry, maintaining fixtures, completing job sheets, and reporting issues. The role offers training and development and a salary of £35-40k with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance
• Diagnose and repair faults and issues
• Maintain toilets, taps, signs, doors, blinds, hinges, furniture etc
• Complete repairs and maintenance within agreed timescales
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Basic carpentry and fitting
• Complete maintenance records and job sheets accurately
• Liaise professionally with customers, colleagues and other contractors
• Identify potential issues and report any remedial works required
• Follow all relevant health & safety procedures

Package

• A salary ranging from £35-40k (+ Overtime)
• 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
