Job summary

Randstad CPE Reading is onboarding aftercare maintenance handymen for immediate starts across local new-build housing sites. The role involves snagging and finishing work in new residential flats, with emphasis on attention to detail and customer-facing service.

Qualifications

• Job Title: Handyman - Own Tools Needed Multi-Trade Snagging
• Locations: Didcot-OX11
• Pay: £20.00 - £22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Fine-finishing & snagging in new residential flats.
• Touch-up painting, mastic sealing, hinge adjustments, minor drywall/tile fixes.
• Customer-facing maintenance work in completed plots.

Essential Criteria:

• MUST have full set of own hand/power tools.
