Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a workshop or technical team.
• Strong people management and motivational skills.
• Hands-on with diagnostics, servicing and repairs when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of HGV Technicians.
• Plan daily workloads according to priorities.
• Monitor progress, productivity and quality of workmanship.
• Provide technical guidance and practical support to technicians.
• Maintain accurate service, inspection and maintenance records.
• Ensure workshop health and safety standards.
